Summary

TarotPulse collects only the data necessary to deliver the reading service. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

What data we collect

When you order a reading, we collect:

• Email address — to deliver your reading and payment receipt
• Life area (e.g. career, relationships) — for context of your reading
• Your described situation — to build the content of your reading
• Your described fear or hope — to build the content of your reading
• Payment details — processed via Stripe, we do not store card details ourselves

If you tick the optional box on the free-sample page, we store your email address, the consent timestamp and its source in order to send you occasional TarotPulse reflections and updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing [email protected]. If you also tick the separate optional box for sister-site offers, our marketing emails may include short offers for our sister sites LifePathPulse and NatalPulse. We send these emails ourselves from TarotPulse; your email address is not passed to the sister sites for this purpose, and each site's unsubscribe link stops that site's emails. The free reflection you request by email is sent once as a service message.

Use of AI tools

Your reading is generated using AI. The situation and fear/hope text you write is sent to the AI model to generate your reading. We do not ask for your name or other directly identifying details in this text — only include as much personal detail as you're comfortable having reflected in your reading.

How data is used

• Generating and delivering your reading by email
• Processing payment and sending a receipt
• Technical support (e.g. resolving delivery issues)

Data retention

Order and payment transaction records are kept for as long as accounting legislation requires. Your form answers and the reading content are kept for at most 3 years for complaint handling, then deleted.

Third parties

• Payment processing — Stripe. For payment data, Stripe acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We never see or store card details.
• AI reading generation — Anthropic (processes your situation text to generate the reading)
• Email delivery — Brevo
• Automation and hosting — n8n (Contabo, EU server)

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers (Stripe, Anthropic) process data in the United States. Transfers are protected by EU-approved safeguards (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Email delivery (Brevo) and the automation platform (self-hosted n8n on an EU server) operate within the EU.

We do not use tracking cookies.
